Jonathan Vance is a solicitor of England and Wales and the founding partner of Sterling & Vance. He leads the firm's practice from its offices at 30 St Mary Axe, setting the standards of service and care that define how every matter is handled.
Jonathan advises companies, business owners and private clients across corporate and commercial matters, commercial property, dispute resolution and private client work — including wills, trusts and the administration of estates. Many clients instruct him first on a single matter and remain with the firm as their circumstances and businesses grow.
His approach is client-first and resolutely practical: he begins by understanding what you are trying to achieve, gives a candid assessment of the strengths and risks of your position, and recommends a course of action proportionate to what is at stake.
